These are the 8 European Parliament constituencies for Scotland that were used in elections in 1999.

They came into being as a result of the Commission's Second Supplementary Report of the European Parliamentary Constituencies which reported in 1996. These constituencies were also used as Scottish Parliament regions 1999-2011. Since 2004, Scotland has formed a single electoral region for Eruopean Parliament elections.
