These are the 73 Scottish Parliament constituencies in use from 1999, at the establishment of the modern Scottish Parliament, until 2011.

These constituencies were also UK Parliament constituencies from 1997 to 2005, apart from the constituencies covering the Orkney and Shetland Islands, which were a single constituency for the UK Parliament. They came into being as a result of the Commission's Fourth Periodical Report which was submitted in 1994. They were replaced by constituencies resulting from the Commission's First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament boundaries which were first used in elections in 2011.
