23 July 2010 - The Parliamentary Voting Systems and Constituencies Bill 2010 has been introduced to the House of Commons by the Government. Part 2 of the Bill proposes changes to the number of Westminster constituencies in all parts of the United Kingdom, including Scotland, and proposes changes to the rules for the design of constituencies, and the processes for a review, which the Commission would have to follow. 16 July 2010 - The draft Scottish Parliament (Constituencies and Regions) Order 2010 implementing the Commission's recommendations from its First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries has been laid before the House of Commons. The text of the draft Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
15 July 2010 - The Commission's Annual Report for 2009-10 is now available in the Publications section of our website, or can be downloaded as a PDF file from here

14 July 2010 - This web version of the Report on the First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries has been modified to include a correction to Figure E.15.6 on page 191. The updated copy of the report can be downloaded from the Reviews in Progress page.
18 June 2010 - The Commission has issued a joint statement with the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland (LGBCS) clarifying that constituency boundaries are not automatically affected by LGBCS reviews. 17 June 2010 - A new set of maps showing each recommended constituency with local authority ward boundaries superimposed have been added to the Final Recommendations page for the First Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries.
