27 May 2010 - The Secretary of State for Scotland has made a Ministerial Statement that the Government intends to lay the Order in Council implementing the recommendations in the Commission's First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries before the summer recess, which is expected to begin on 29 July 2010.
26 May 2010 - The Commission has submitted its Report on the First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries to the Secretary of State for Scotland. The Meeting Papers relating to the Commission's work on that Review from 2007 to 2010 are available through the Publications section of the website.
14 May 2010 - We've moved office - just a few hundred yards to Thistle House, 91 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD. Our new address is also at the bottom left of each page on the website. Our phone numbers and email addresses have not changed. We will update the address recorded on our various publications.
4 May 2010 - The series of Information Papers has been extended with the addition of maps to Westminster Parliament constituencies: 2005 onwards and to Scottish Parliament constituencies and regions: 1999 - 2011, and the publication of Westminster Parliament constituencies: 1950 - 2005. All of the Information Papers are available from the Publications section of the website.
11 March 2010 - The Commission's Corporate Plan for 2010-13 is available from the Publications section of the website.
4 March 2010 - The Commission intends that it will publish all of the Meeting Papers relating to its First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries on this website at the same time as it submits its report on the review to the Secretary of State for Scotland. The Commission expects to submit its report before the statutory deadline of 30 June 2010. See the First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries page.
4 March 2010 - Final Recommendations for regions - The Commission has considered the representations received during its consultation on its Revised Recommendations for regions. The Commission has concluded not to recommend any further changes, and expects that in its report on the review it will recommend the regions that were in its Revised Recommendations for regions. 25 February 2010 - We've redesigned the website: we hope you like it. The content has not changed from the previous version, but the structure and clarity have been improved. We've also added the ability to Search the content of the website.
8 February 2010 - First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament boundaries - The consultation on the Revised Recommendations for Scottish Parliament regions has ended. The Commission will consider all representations received.
7 January 2010 - First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament boundaries - The Commission has published its Revised Recommendations for Scottish Parliament regions for a period of one month of public consultation. The Assistant Commissioner's report from the Local Inquiry into the Provisional Proposals for regions has been added to the Regions Local Inquiry page.
7 January 2010 - Minutes from the Commission's meetings in September, October and November 2009 have been added to the Publications section of the website. These are the meetings leading up to the publication of the Revised Recommendations for regions on 7 January 2010.
7 January 2010 - The Financial Memorandum to the Commission from the Scotland Office has been updated, and is available on the Publications section of the website.
