Scottish Parliament Region Maps

These are the Scottish Parliament regions in use from the inception of the parliament in 1999. They came into being as a result of the Commission's Second Supplementary Report of the European Parliamentary Constituencies which reported in 1996. They will be replaced by regions resulting from the Commission's First Periodic Review of Scottish Parliament boundaries which is due to report to the Secretary of State for Scotland by June 2010.
